Abacus Bookkeeping Services online ordering and store offers a convenient method of ordering and receiving MYOB products. By using and ordering on this website you agree to be bound by the terms following.

Abacus Bookkeeping Services guarantees a safe and secure shopping experience. Your private information is kept secure and will never be supplied to a third party. We are licensed as a secure site and your credit card payment will be processed to the bank using 128bit SSL encryption technology. We will not attempt to identify users or their browsing activities. We will only record your email address if you send us a message. Users should be aware that there are inherent risks in transmitting information across the Internet.

Quality Promise

Abacus Bookkeeping Services ensures the quality of all products. All products are new and sealed on leaving our warehouse. If any product is received damaged please phone or email us within 14 days before returning it  for a full refund.

Refund & Returns Policy

As per the above refunds will only be given for damaged or not operating products. There will be no refund or return accepted for changes of mind or choosing an incorrect product. In such cases contact can be made to our office and we will do our best to resolve the error at least cost to you. All returns will only be accepted if the product has not been registered with MYOB Australia. Once registered you should contact MYOB Australia for a replacement or assistance.

Shipping Policy

We ship goods as soon as payment is received and funds are cleared. Usual delivery time is 1-3 business days Australia wide. If a product has not been received within 3 working days please contact us by email to give you the shipping details. We use Australian Air Express and Couriers Please for metropolitan orders. We use Registered mail for all National orders. We use Express Platinum for urgent deliveries. All deliveries require the recipient's signature. Select Basic Insurance Cover when ordering your product to insure your product against delivery failures. Once an item leaves our warehouse we can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If concerned, insure your order during website checkout.

Destinations

All products are available for delivery within Australia. Any purchaser overseas or if the product is taken out of Australia, voids all manufacturer's warranties and returns policies, even if the product is faulty.
